'Big Bang' moving to Thursdays

CBS is to move The Big Bang Theory to Thursdays at 8/7c as part of a new planned comedy block. The network announced its Fall 2010 plans today at its Upfront in New York City.

The Big Bang Theory will air at 8:00-8:30 before the new show  $#*! My Dad Says, a sitcom based on the Twitter account Sh*t My Dad Says. Two drama series will finish the night out: CSI airs at 9:00-10:00 and The Mentalist at 10:00-11:00.

The Big Bang Theory's Monday 9:30 slot is to be taken by Mike & Molly, a new show from Big Bang creator Chuck Lorre.

This is the biggest, most idiotic move CBS could possibly make. I know dozens of people that don't have time, including DVR time, to watch BBT. CBS, pull your head out of your a** and move them back to Monday. While you're at it, get rid of 2.5 men. Charlie is a shriveled up man wh*r*, Alan is more retarded than ever, and the kid is no longer cute. Time to cut your losses on that one.

This is a big bummer! Monday was a great night on CBS, but that appears to be over. HIMYM and BBT were incredible, but they have always had trouble filling the 7:30cst time slot. Currently it has that idiotic show ROE. I'll still probably watch HIMYM, butI won't stick around for 2 1/2 Men. Thursdays are my yoga nights. As to the DVR theory, no thanks.

Definitely a bad decision. TBBT going to Thursday means no to 2 and a Half Men and Mike & Molly, no to TBBT and yes to Bones

I guess now I can watch The good guys on Fox. 2 and a half men used to be good, then some morons gave Charlie a Fiance and the show has been tanking every since then, and it probably wont survive especially without TBBT on Mondays. I doubt that I will watch TBBT on Thursdays, it will definitely lose ratings, and the head idiots will be scratching their head wondering what happened.

First its called DVR, record please. Rarely do I watch anything live to avoid commercials. I miss the thursday night 8-10 NBC hour with all its top comedies including Seinfeld and Friends, CBS was doing that on Monday nights to some extent, although only Two and half and Big Bang where worth a damn

Real STUPID, lets put it up against SURVIVOR. When the ratings tank they better put it back on Monday!
