Love Alice, bring back Alice for Leonard! As far as I'm concerned Penny is out of the picture anymore. She's not so wanted by any of the guys anymore... only AMY!!! And Amy can go as far as I'm concerned I would not miss her.

Although it's pleasant to see a nod to scientific pursuits of the characters, but the shown treatment of Sheldon is impossible in real life. His opinion is crucial for getting referrals, grants and positions. Remember that Radj is in States thanks to Dr.Cooper? His memory is priceless for getting scientific quotes and by couple of phrases can save Leonard month or two of research. In real life the Hofstadter friendship is not this altruistic like it is presented in the show.
