this was a great episode, i really enjoyed it after a few mellow episodes. i think the idea and premise of the show was spot on. i just love sheldon being sheldon ie obnoxious and insulting. this episode also made me miss the days where me and my friends would play video games all night at a sleepover. sigh, growing up sucks

Do Chuck Lorre and Bill Prady ever take ideas for new episodes from anyone outside the entertainment arena?

@bob the reason they have so many weeks where there are no new episodes is that the season lasts longer if they just let it run from september and go straight through 24 episodes they will be done by january and thus its over 2 quickly

The reason is ratings

If they are going to run a weekly show then have a new damn show every week! Why are there so many weeks in one season where there are no new episodes? One of the major peeves I have with this show.

Help! I am dying of curiosity. Somebody please tell me where I can read the entire text of the little message thingys that appear (for about 3 seconds) at the end of each episode, after the credits. I just know that they will be as entertaining and intellectually challenging as the show itself, if I only had more than 3 seconds to read each one.
