Episode 6.16 Ratings

Last night's episode of The Big Bang Theory dominated its time slot and was the night's highest-rated and most-watched broadcast.

The Valentine's Day episode "The Tangible Affection Proof" was watched by 17.89 million people, dropping over a million viewers from last week. TV viewership was down across the board yesterday, likely owing to the romantic occasion. In the key adults 18-49 demographic, The Big Bang Theory scored a 5.5/18 rating, slipping from 6.2/18 on February 7. The Big Bang Theory was the night's top program in households, viewers, adults 25-54, adults 18-49 and adults 18-34.

I think the show would be better without Bernadette and Amy. I like the early episodes without them.

I think that comment about wanting to know how to excite a 12 year old girl was uncalled for and in very poor taste.' I hope your show goes where it belongs.

The show has slipped the last couple of episodes, it hasn't been as hilarious as it usually is. Maybe it needs more weirdness ie. Sheldon & Penny/Peldon? Shenny? Aw, Shenny!! Lovin the Shenny!

I frankly don't care why penny and sheldon should be together. I really don't see them working out. I like their frienship better. I also love amy! I think she's awesome. Love the show

Imagine how much fun it would be to watch the daily antics of a metrosexual Raj dating/marrying a gay Lakshmi while pretending to be heterosexuals to their families and friends... Not sure that I like this new Valentine's Day love interest of his, but time will tell.

Personally I have no clue what romantic vibes some of you may be picking up from Sheldon and Penny, but I think that Leonard and Penny have been building a strong relationship for years. And hope Sheldon and Penny's relationship remains platonic. I feel that them together romantically would ruin the show.
