Last night's episode of The Big Bang Theory dominanted its time slot and posted week-to-week gains to rank as the night's highest-rated and most-watched broadcast.
"The Spoiler Alert Segmentation" was watched by 18.98 million people, adding 1.22m viewers over last week. In the important adults 18-49 demographic, The Big Bang Theory scored a strong 6.2/18, up from 5.4/16 last week. The Big Bang Theory was the night's top program in households, viewers, adults 25-54, adults 18-49 and adults 18-34.

Episode 6.14 Ratings February 1, 2013
Yesterday's episode of The Big Bang Theory finished first in the ratings for its time slot and ranked as the night's most-watched and highest-rated show. The show's rating were down from the record highs of the previous episode, likely owing to the show's two week absence and the return of American Idol.
"The Cooper/Kripke Inversion" was watched by 17.76 million people, down by 2.24m from the series high of 20m achieved by the previous episode. In the important adults 18-49 demographic, The Big Bang Theory scored a 5.4/16 rating, down a whole point from the 6.4/19 rating on January 10. The Big Bang Theory was first in its time slot in all key rating rankings.

CBS has issued the press release for the Valentine's Day episode of The Big Bang Theory. Kate Micucci (Raising Hope) guest stars as a love interest for Raj in the episode.

'The Big Bang Theory' hits rating highs, again! January 11, 2013
The Big Bang Theory hit new series highs in viewers and crucial demographics last night for the second consecutive week. The Big Bang Theory also managed to beat the first-run competition combined in viewers and key demos.
"The Bakersfield Expedition" was watched by 19.78 million people, adding more than half a million people over last week's 19.25m audience. In the adults 18-49 demographic, The Big Bang Theory scored a dominant 6.3/19 rating, up two notches from 6.1/19 last week, and an 8.1/21 rating among adults 25-54. The Big Bang Theory finished first in its time period in all key ratings metrics. The show ranked as the night's most-watched and highest-rated broadcast.
This week's episode The Big Bang Theory set new series highs in households, total viewers, adults 25-54 and adults 18-49. This was also the show's best performance among adults 18-34 since February 8, 2010.
'The Big Bang Theory' wins People's Choice Award January 10, 2013
The Big Bang Theory won the Favorite Network TV Comedy award at the 39th People's Choice Awards last night. Kaley Cuoco hosted the awards for the second year running at the Nokia Theatre L.A. Live last night.
This year marked The Big Bang Theory's fourth consecutive nomination for the award and its second time winning the award, which it took home back in 2010. The Big Bang Theory beat out competition from Glee, How I Met Your Mother, Modern Family and New Girl to win the award.
