CBS has announced the details for the December 9th episode of The Big Bang Theory.
"The Alien Parasite Hypothesis" - Amy finds she has sexual feelings for Penny's ex, while Koothrappali and Wolowitz try to prove who would be the better superhero, on THE BIG BANG THEORY, Thursday, Dec. 9 (8:00-8:31 PM, ET/PT) on the CBS Television Network.
You can find more information about the episode in our Episode Guide. Reruns will air for the next two weeks. On November 25 episodes 4.01 & 4.02 air 8/7c and 9/8c respectively, while episode 4.03 airs at the usual time on December 2nd.

Mayim Bialik promoted to regular
Mayim Bialik (Amy Farrah Fowler) has been promoted to a regular on The Big Bang Theory, according to Entertainment Weekly. The contract means she'll appear in most episodes this season, but won't necessarily appear in every episode or in future seasons.

The ratings for last night's episode are out and show The Big Bang Theory winning Thursday for the fourth consecutive week.
The episode, which saw the return of Evil Wil Wheaton, was watched by 13.06m people and finished first with viewers. The show set a 7.7/13 rating in households, also finishing first. The show scored a 4.2/12 rating in the key adults 18-49 demographic and a 5.4/14 rating in the adults 25-54 demographic, finishing first in both. The Big Bang Theory was the most watched show of the night in both of those key demos.

CBS has announced the details for the November 18th episode of The Big Bang Theory. Keith Carradine (Damages, Dexter) guest stars as Penny's father in the episode.

The Big Bang Theory delivered its highest ratings since the fourth season premiere and won the night with adults for the third time since the move to Thursdays.
The Big Bang Theory was watched by 13.88m people, up by 840,000 people from last week. The show scored an 8.3/14 rating in households and finished first. The show set a 4.6/14 rating in the key adults 18-49 demographic, also finishing first.

The ratings for last night's episode are out and showed The Big Bang Theory holding steady against tougher competition from baseball on Fox.
The show was watched by 12.80m people, finishing second in total viewers and households behind Fox. The Big Bang Theory finished first in the key adults 18-49 demographic. Although the show fell to a season low with adults, it does appear to have won the night for the second time since its move to Thursdays.

Melissa Rauch promoted to semi-regular star
Melissa Rauch has joined the cast of The Big Bang Theory as a semi-regular, according to the Ausiello Files. The actress plays Bernadette, Howard's girlfriend, and has so far appeared in 7 episodes of the show. While Rauch won't necessarily appear in every episode, she will be appearing more often this season.
Evil Wil Wheaton returns
Wil Wheaton is to guest star in the November 11th episode of The Big Bang Theory. This will be the Star Trek: Next Generation actor's third appearance on the show as his evil self. Mayim Bialik (Amy) will also appear in the episode.
CBS to order two more episodes of Big Bang Theory?
CBS is planning to order two more episodes of The Big Bang Theory this season, according to Deadline Hollywood. The network has reportedly already ordered two more episodes of How I Met Your Mother and Rules of Engagement, and is trying to do the same with Chuck Lorre's stable of shows: The Big Bang Theory, Two and a Half Men and Mike and Molly. The shows' current orders call for 22 episodes each.

Big Bang posted a 7.8/13 rating in households, also placing first.
