Jim Parsons wins Critics' Choice Award Posted June 21, 2011
Jim Parsons won the Best Actor in a Comedy award at the inaugural Critics' Choice Awards yesterday. Parsons beat Alec Baldwin (30 Rock), Steve Carell (The Office), Louis C.K. (Louie), Charlie Day (It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia) and Joel McHale (Community) to win the award.
The Big Bang Theory was nominated in the Best Comedy category but lost out to ABC's Modern Family.
