I am rewatching this seasons premiere episode, and hate to say it, but I am really starting to hate the Bernadette character. I have always winced at her meanness, but this year, she seems to be carrying her bullying to new heights, and it's really making it hard for me to enjoy the show overall. I really hope that they dial her personality back a lot because what it is now is just so hard to take.

Since this show is centred around supposed, well-educated people who are regularly seen eating, why oh why hasn't someone taught them how to use cutlery?

The hype for the season start was high. The delivery was disappointing. The book had all chances but the writers blew it completely. Who casted a drug dealer from Nebraska with this actor? If this is the future of the show, I will not waste my time.

I was a little disappointed in the show. I hope this is the only time they show Penny's brother. I did not care for him at all. To me, that guy did not fit the part at all. Penny's mom, whom I like, did not do a very good job of acting. She had the same style of acting when she talked as she did when she was on Married with Children. In my opinion, it was not one of their better shows. Find a different actor for Penny's brother...please!
