CBS has issued the press release for next week's episode of The Big Bang Theory, "The Leftover Thermalization". Following this episode, The Big Bang Theory will be taking two weeks off as CBS airs NCAA Basketball.

The Leftover Thermalization – Friction ensues when a magazine fails to mention Leonard in an article about the paper he co-wrote with Sheldon. Also, a blackout at Mrs. Wolowitz’s home leads to a final family dinner in her honor, on THE BIG BANG THEORY, Thursday, March 12 (8:00-8:30 PM, ET/PT), on the CBS Television Network.

A new episode of The Big Bang Theory, "The Colonization Application", airs tonight at 8/7c on CBS.

Last night's episode of The Big Bang Theory dominated the ratings to rank as the night's most-watched and highest-rated show.

"The Intimacy Acceleration" had 16.67 million viewers, down from the previous episode's 17.49m. The show was number in viewers in its time period with more than 7m viewer lead on the nearest competing program. The Big Bang Theory had a 4.5/15 rating in the adults 18-49 demographic, down a tenth from the previous week.

The Big Bang Theory was first in its time period and the night overall in all key ratings metrics.

Last night's episode of The Big Bang Theory dominated the ratings in its time period to rank as Thursday night's number one show.

This week's episode, "The Comic Book Store Regeneration" which featured guest star Nathan Fillion, had 17.49 million viewers, adding 400,000 people over the previous episode's 17.09m. The show scored a 4.5/15 rating in the key adults 18-49 demographic, slipping a tenth from the February 5 episode's 4.6/15 rating. The Big Bang Theory was first in all key ratings for its time slot and the night overall.
