I hope Amy is gone forever. She is annoying.

why wasn't Amy in S8E23? Penny was there for her soon-to-be mother in law, how come Amy did not show up at all to meet her mother in law? And it wasn't explained either. I totally don't get this

Why is it okay to make fun of the Christian mother of Sheldon and her beliefs? You would not "go there" with a Muslim, Budhist or someone of some other faith! It seems to be getting worse every time Sheldon's mother appears in an episode. Have more respect,,please. I like the show, but am getting very tired of this.
