Bang rerun preempted for Mother Posted March 18, 2009
CBS has preempted a scheduled rerun of The Big Bang Theory for an original episode of How I Met Your Mother. Mother will take Bang's 8/7c slot next week for a new original episode while a rerun of Mother will air at its usual time.
CBS will no doubt be looking to see how Mother performs in the 8/7c slot, a slot it once held, up against ABC's Dancing with the Stars. Both Bang & Mother have suffered in the ratings against ABC's popular reality show.
The Big Bang Theory will return March 30th, at its usual time, with a new episode entitled "The Dead Hooker Juxtaposition".
