Three nominations at Teen Choice Awards

Jim Parsons, Kaley Cuoco and The Big Bang Theory have all been nominated for awards at this year's Teen Choice Awards. The annual awards ceremony airs on Fox and is voted on by teens aged 14-19.

The Big Bang Theory was nominated for the Choice TV Show: Comedy award. The show is up against Glee, Modern Family, Sonny with a Chance and Wizards of Waverly Place.

Kaley Cuoco was nominated for the Choice TV Actress: Comedy award. She faces competition from Lea Michele (Glee), Demi Lovato (Sonny with a Chance), Selena Gomez (Wizards of Waverly Place) and Miranda Cosgrove (iCarly).

Jim Parsons was nominated for the Choice TV Actor: Comedy award. He goes up against Cory Monteith (Glee), Sterling Knight (Sonny with a Chance), Jonas Brothers (JONAS) and Steve Carell (The Office).
