TBBT & Kaley Cuoco-Sweeting win People's Choice awards Posted January 8, 2015
The Big Bang Theory and its star Kaley Cuoco-Sweeting won three awards at the 2015 People's Choice Awards yesterday in Los Angeles.
The Big Bang Theory took home the Favorite Network TV Comedy award for the third consecutive year. This was the show's sixth consecutive nomination and marks the show's fourth win, having won the award in 2010, 2013, 2014 and now 2015. The show was the first recipient of the new Favorite TV Show award which brought together sitcoms and dramas from both network and cable in one category.
The Big Bang Theory's Kaley Cuoco-Sweeting won the Favorite Comedic TV Actress for the second year in a row. When the actress forgot to thank her husband Ryan Sweeting during her speech, her co-star Johnny Galecki later thanked him on her behalf, saying "Ryan, you are my heart, and I can't imagine what I'd be without you.
