CBS has put out the press release for the Thursday, November 6 episode of The Big Bang Theory, "The Prom Equivalency". Kara Luiz guest stars as Howard's cousin Jeanie in the episode. Yes, that cousin Jeanie!
“The Prom Equivalency” – When the gang recreates a high school prom on the roof the of the guys’ apartment building, Sheldon feels pressure to participate in all the typical romantic traditions, on THE BIG BANG THEORY, Thursday, Nov. 6 (8:00-8:31 PM, ET/PT), on the CBS Television Network.
As revealed in the third season episode "The Adhesive Duck Deficiency", Howard lost his virginity to his second cousin Jeanie. Howard unwittingly made the revelation when he, Leonard and Raj camped out in the desert and ate cookies from some VW-driving Grateful Dead fans.

Last night's The Big Bang Theory dominated the ratings in its time slot and for the night as a whole, finishing as the night's most-watched and highest-rated program by a considerable margin.
This week's episode, "The Expedition Approximation" - the last of the Monday night showings, was watched by 16.02 million people, adding 700,000 people over last week's episode. The Big Bang Theory had a 3.44m lead on the nearest competing show. The show had a 4.6/14 rating in the 18-49 demographic, moving up a tenth from the previous episode, with a 1.2 lead on the closest competitor.
The Big Bang Theory now moves back to Thursday nights. The next episode airs Thursday, October 30 at 8/7c on CBS.

Last night's The Big Bang Theory dominated the ratings to rank first in its time period and the night overall.
This week's episode, "The Focus Attenuation", had 15.32 million viewers, down from last week's 15.75 audience. The show held steady in the key adults 18-49 demographic delivering a 4.5/14 rating again this week. The Big Bang Theory was first in viewers and all key demos in its time period and for the night as a whole.
A special rerun of The Big Bang Theory at 8:30 also performed strongly in the ratings, finishing as the night's third highest-rated show in the 18-49 demo behind the new Big Bang and NBC's The Voice. The rerun ranked third place in viewers for its time period, behind The Voice and ABC's Dancing with the Stars.
Get ready to meet Howard's second cousin Jeanie October 13, 2014
Howard's second cousin Jeanie, the girl with whom he lost his virginity, will be making an appearance in a November episode of The Big Bang Theory, according to a TVLine.com exclusive report. Tensions will rise further between Howard and Stuart, who is currently living with Howard's mother, when Stuart arrives at a party with the aforementioned Jeanie.
Kara Luiz, who has recently guest starred in Amazon Instant Video's Betas, will be playing the role of cousin Jeanie.
Howard accidentally admitted to losing his virginity to his second cousin in "The Adhesive Duck Deficiency" when Leonard, Raj and Howard camped out under the stars and ate cookies made by VW Microbus-driving teachers wearing tie-dyed Grateful Dead t-shirts. On his with date with his now-wife Bernadette in "The Creepy Candy Coating Corollary", Howard admitted to losing his virginity in a Toyota Corolla.
