CBS Announces Episode 5.03 September 13, 2011
CBS has announced the September 29 episode of The Big Bang Theory. The third episode of the season sees Leonard go to a wedding as Amy's date, while Bernadette spends some time with Howard and his mother.
"The Pulled Groin Extrapolation" - Leonard and Amy get to know each other better, while Howard and Bernadette spend the weekend with Mrs. Wolowitz, on THE BIG BANG THEORY, Thursday, Sept. 29 (8:00-8:31 PM, ET/PT) on the CBS Television Network.

Big Bang Theory: Season 4 on DVD & Blu-ray September 13, 2011
The Big Bang Theory: Season 4 was released today on Blu-ray and DVD in the United States and Canada. The two disc Blu-ray and three disc DVD boxset include all twenty-four episodes of the 2010/11 season along with these exclusive bonus features: Actor on Actor: The Big Bang's Theory of Relativity Featurette, The Barenaked Ladies on Big Bang Theory Featurette, The History of Everything Music Video and a Gag Reel. Episodes are presented in widescreen with Dolby Digital 5.1 Surround Sound (DVD)/DTS -HD Master Audio (Blu-ray). The episodes have English audio track and English, French and Spanish subtitles.

Season 4 coming to DVD & Blu-Ray on Sept. 13 September 5, 2011
Season 4 of The Big Bang Theory will be released on DVD and Blu-Ray in the US & Canada on September 13th. The 4-disc DVD boxset and 2-disc Blu-ray set will contain all 24 episodes from the latest season along with four bonus features. Technical details have not been revealed but episodes are expected to be presented in widescreen with Dolby 5.1 Surround Sound audio. The audio languages and subtitles were not specified in the Warner press release.
The four bonus features on this set are: Actor on Actor: The Big Bang's Theory of Relativity Featurette, which features the cast interviewing each other; The Barenaked Ladies on Big Bang Theory Featurette, featuring an interview with the band behind the themesong as they record a music video; The History of Everything, the music video made by the Barenaked Ladies for the themesong; and a gag reel.

Katie Leclerc to guest star on 'Big Bang' September 2, 2011
Katie Leclerc, star of the ABC Family drama Switched at Birth, will be guest starring on The Big Bang Theory, according to The Hollywood Reporter. Leclerc, who is hard-of-hearing and plays a deaf character on Switched at Birth, will play Emily, a deaf character and potential love interest of Raj, who suffers selective mutism around women.
Raj and Emily will reportedly be brought together by Penny, who sets the pair up on a date in the October 6 episode of the show.
Episode Tournament: Result August 24, 2011
We have been running an Episode Tournament to find the fans' favorite episode of The Big Bang Theory so far. The tournament has now close and the votes have been counted.
Winning its fourth episode tournament, The Bath Item Gift Hypothesis beat The Einstein Approximation by an impressive 2:1 margin. The Christmas episode sees Sheldon hug Penny after a particularly special gift.

CBS Announces Episode 5.02 August 22, 2011
CBS has announced the second episode of the fifth season. The show returns Thursday, September 22nd at 8/7c with two back-to-back episodes, the first of which was announced last week.
"The Infestation Hypothesis" - A fight between Sheldon and Penny leaves Amy caught in the middle, while Leonard tries to spice up his long-distance relationship with Priya, on THE BIG BANG THEORY, at a special time, Thursday Sept. 22 (8:30-9:00 PM, ET/PT) on the CBS Television Network.

New Big Bang Theory T-Shirts August 22, 2011
Quite a few Official Big Bang Theory T-Shirts have been released recently and we want to show you a few of them today. There have been some great new designs launched recently.
This charcoal t-shirt is the first to feature only Penny. The shirt reads "No Shirt. No Shoes. No Sheldon.", a reference to the time Penny refused to serve Sheldon after he had banished her from the guys' apartment in The Panty Pinata Polarization. This officially licensed white t-shirt features Howard's Venn diagram of the Universe of All Women. The shirt refers to a discussion between Leonard and Howard in The Psychic Vortex, where Howard drew Leonard a Venn diagram featuring all the women of the universe, the women he wants to sleep with, the women who believe what he believes, and the women who would sleep with him. 'Big Bang' cast to host CBS Fall Preview August 21, 2011
The cast of The Big Bang Theory will be a hosting a primetime special previewing CBS's fall schedule. Johnny Galecki, Jim Parsons, Kaley Cuoco, Simon Helberg and Kunal Nayyar will introduce fans to CBS's upcoming sitcoms and drama series.
The cast, appearing as themselves, will introduce video previews for new shows while interjecting character-related jokes about one-another. The shows being previewed are: 2 Broke Girls, a sitcom starring Kat Dennings and Beth Behrs as two cash-strapped waitresses who hope to start a business; Unforgettable, a drama about a female NYPD detective with an incredible ability to remember everything, which is both a blessing and a burden; Person of Interest, a new drama from J.J. Abrams and Jonathan Nolan about a former-CIA agent who teams up with a mysterious billionaire to prevent crime; How to be a Gentleman, a comedy about the unlikely friendship between a refined writer and an unrefined, personal trainer with a reputation for being a "bad boy"; and A Gifted Man, a drama about a brilliant surgeon whose deceased ex-wife begins teaching him the meaning of life from the "hereafter".
The special will be broadcast on Thursday, September 8th at 8:30/7:30c on CBS, immediately following an episode of The Big Bang Theory.
CBS Announces Fifth Season Premiere August 18, 2011
CBS has announced the fifth season premiere of The Big Bang Theory. The show returns to its Thursday at 8/7c slot on September 22nd with two back-to-back original episodes. The first of those episodes was announced today and sees Penny worrying about the consequences of the awkward situation in which she found herself at the end of last season. Christine Baranski (The Good Wife) returns as Beverly Hofstadter in the episode.
"The Skank Reflex Analysis" - Penny worries that she’s screwed things up permanently with her friends, while Sheldon takes command of the paintball team, on the fifth season premiere of THE BIG BANG THEORY, Thursday, Sept. 22 (8:00-8:31 PM, ET/PT) on the CBS Television Network. Christine Baranski (“The Good Wife”) reprises her role as Leonard’s mother.

Episode Tournament: Final Round August 10, 2011
We are running an Episode Tournament to find the fans' favorite episode of The Big Bang Theory. The second round has now closed and two episodes made it through to the final round.
The episodes fighting it out in the final are The Einstein Approximation and The Bath Item Gift Hypothesis. The Bath Item Gift Hypothesis has previously won three episode tournaments and remains a fan favorite. The episodes knocked out in the last round were The Panty Pinata Polarization and The Staircase Implementation.
