Howard: It just feels like Denise is basically living with us. You know, maybe you can spend half the time at her place.
Stuart: Hey, when I moved in, you and Bernadette said it was okay if I brought girls over.
Howard: [laughs] Oh. We were making fun of you.

Sheldon: [on the phone] Hello, Amy.
Amy: Hey, how's it going?
Sheldon: Well, Howard lured your dad away with magic, so now I'm bonding with your mom. [Mrs. Fowler stares at Sheldon] I think she likes me.

Sheldon: Yes.
Leonard: Uh, I'm Leonard Hofstadter. I called you about the apartment. You said-
Tam: Tell him to go away. You already have a roommate.

Tam: New neighbor?
Penny: Oh, hi.

Sheldon: Hi.

Penny: Tam, look. Sheldon's hugging me.

Leonard: Okay, you need to focus on the positive. You won a Nobel Prize. I slapped Sheldon. A lot of dreams came true today.

Amy: The last time we were in this room, we were getting married.
Sheldon: I remember. It's a lot less impressive without Mark Hamill in it.
Amy: That's what you said about our honeymoon.
Sheldon: And I stand by it.

Amy: Hey, why aren't you in your costume?
Sheldon: I just didn't feel like it.
Amy: You get that I'm wearing a corset because of you, not because I'm tired of breathing?

Tam: I didn't mean to upset you. And I want you to know I'm really proud of everything you've done.
Sheldon: Thank you. It did work out for me. And I'm sorry that things didn't work out for you.
Tam: They did work out for me.
Sheldon: Oh, Tam, you don't need to be brave on my account.
Tam: I'm not. I have a great wife and amazing children. I'm very happy.
